Hyderabad: Telangana SSC ( Class X) results will be announced on Friday at 7 pm. Although it was originally to be announced at 10 am, the timings were changed to 7 pm on Thursday.
In light of the rising suicides of students in the aftermath of result declaration, many teachers have messaged parents and students asking them to look beyond the results.
Vandana Roy, a teacher said, “We have been instructed by the school head to keep in touch with our students to ensure that no drastic step is taken by any student tomorrow. We also made sure to send a notice in the beginning of the exam season as well asking parents to not compare their grades with their peers.”
DEO’s were also instructed to look out for the same and ensure that parents and children were counselled before the result were declared.
