No proof of question paper leak, says State police chief Loknath Behera

Thiruvananthapuram: State police chief Loknath Behera has informed that so far, there is no evidence of leak of question paper of the higher secondary physics examination held on March 21. The cyber wing is conducting further investigation into the matter, he said in a statement on Monday. The cyber police had earlier registered a case and launched investigation after the question paper was allegedly leaked and spread through a social media platform.

A preliminary probe undertaken by the higher secondary directorate had found that the questions in WhatsApp were the same as the ones in the original question paper. Cyber Cell DySP Mohammed Iqbal was supervising an inquiry into the case registered at the cybercrime station here following the orders by Mr Behera.
