Chennai: Casting doubts over admission of sacked Chief Secretary P Rama Mohana Rao to a private hospital, CPI on Sunday demanded that he be shifted to the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital here.
CPI state secretary R. Mutharasan wondered how people who get raided by I-T department fall sick immediately after the searches.
“They get the same kind of illness. They say he has suffered chest pain. The Government has removed him from the post. Now, the state government has to shift him to the Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital and treat him,” Mr Mutharasan said.
