NEW DELHI: About 22 minutes after the proceedings of Lok Sabha began, there was a sudden commotion in the visitors’ gallery.
A man in a light green sweater had his right leg dangling from the gallery railings even as security men in plainclothes were grabbing him at his neck, and hands. The man was trying to shout out something before a burly hand muffled him.
Within seconds before anyone realised what was happening, the man was whisked away by the security staff. The man was identified as Rakesh Singh Baghel from Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh. He may be released with a warning after an enquiry.
