TRS MLAs given Rs 100 crore, says Revanth Reddy
Hyderabad: Congress MLA A. Revanth Reddy on Saturday said that Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao distributed Rs 100 crore to TRS MLAs in a meeting held on Friday. Speaking to the media on Saturday, Revanth Reddy demanded a probe into the matter. He said that he has credible information on this and that some TRS MLAs had told this to him.
He said that the TRS has become Telangana’s BJP. Revanth alleged that the state government special representative at Delhi, K.M. Sahani is a shadow friend of Mr Rao. He demanded to reveal the activities of Sahani at Delhi. He said that Mr Rao’s statement to mobilise 25 lakh people to Pragathi Nivedana Sabha is bogus. He said that to bring 25 lakh people, two lakh vehicles are required. It will require '400 crore to conduct the meeting. He questioned Mr Rao on his source of income to hold the meeting.
