Hyderabad: Over 200 students of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, who are suffering from detention policy, demanded removal of detention process and asked the varsity to conduct supplementary examination for the students.
Agitated students said that as there are about 300 colleges running under JNTUH Hyderabad, the university needs to rethink about the decision on detention procedure.
The university also needs to conduct a supplementary examinations for the benefit of the students, they added.
