Mohana Rao, belonging to Srikalahasti in Chittoor district, had filed a complaint against Lakshmi’s NTR to stop its release until the election process completes on April 11. Mr Reddy told the panel that the film was not made against the interests of AP CM N. Chandrababu Naidu or to be used as a tool in campaigning.
