Hyderabad: A PIL on heatwave has been listed for Monday and respondents from both AP and TS would appear before the Hyderabad High Court.
Advocate Shravan Kumar said that the PIL was filed on August 27, 2015 and was listed on September 11, 2015. “We asked the court to direct the government of both the states to announce their action plan on heatwaves before summer. The TS government had earlier told court that a GO was issued related to the matter before the PIL was filed by petitioner P. Srisailam. But, there was no response from the AP government,” he said.
