The investigation was made to expose the celebs willing to endorse a political agenda in return for monetary gains, it added.
Hyderabad: The Cyberabad police has asked the people not to believe in messages circulate on social media to deposit money in the bank accounts of unidentified persons. They cautioned that these unidentified persons are trying to lure people in the name of raising funds for the kin of Pulwama attack victims.
Cyberabad police commissioner V.C. Sajjanar said that recently police received reports of messages circulating on social media where unidentified persons have been trying to collect funds/donations from the public. Anybody willing to donate money should donate to the Prime Ministers relief fund (www.bharatkeveer.gov.in), he said on Monday.
