Light to moderate rains likely across Andhra Pradesh

Visakhapatnam: AP might experience light to moderate rains all over except for West Godavari, Krishna and Guntur during the next 24 hours due a trough which runs from south Tamil Nadu to Rayalaseema.

North coastal Andhra received light rains. During the last 24 hours Vizianagaram district received 4.5 cm of rain. The rains occurred due to convergence of winds, said IMD AP director Stella S. She said the rains would not affect the temperature.
