Hyderabad: A mob on Monday damaged properties of the Global Hospital in Lakdi-ka-pul after the death of 45-year-old Samina Begum. Samina who was being treated for lung disease died while undergoing treatment.
Angry family members damaged the furniture and tried to attack the doctors. Meanwhile, the security guards rushed in and controlled the mob.
The Saifabad police is investigating the case. Saida Reddy, inspector of police said, “The women died in the evening and the family members were very angry with the doctors and started damaging the hospital premises and equipment.”
