Hyderabad: Tension prevailed at Jubilee Hills during the road show of caretaker minister K.T. Rama Rao on Saturday, due to clashes between Mr Maganti Gopinath, the TRS contesting candidate and Mr Sathish Reddy, a senior party leader and their cadres.
It has come to light that when Mr Reddy went to Unani Hospital to meet Mr Rama Rao, Mr Gopinath and his supporters stopped him and asked him to leave. This turned into a heated argument between both the cadres.
Later, city mayor Bonthu Rammohan who was also present at the road show, took control of the situation and calmed down both sides and resolved the issue.
