Hyderabad: A petition has been moved before the HC seeking to declare the non-filling of the vacant post of Institution of Lokayukta and Upa-Lokayukta, since one year, as the ineffective functioning of state governments of AP and Telangana.
J. Atcha Rao, a resident of Bhimavaram town of West Godavari district moved the petition stating that he has lodged a complaint in the office of Lokayukta of AP in January 2017 against the inaction of the commissioner of Bhimavaram municipality in not removing a generator repairing workshop from his neighbor’s house which has been causing disturbance to him.
