Ghulam Nabi Azad to visit Hyderabad ahead of assembly polls
Hyderabad: With the speculations about early polls to Telangana assembly rising, the Congress high command has decided to send AICC leaders to Telangana to hold press conferences at various places. According to a communication sent to the TPCC, senior leader and in-charge of Congress affairs of combined AP, Ghulam Nabi Azad, was expected to visit Hyderabad on Saturday for two days. However, due to ill health and the advice of doctors, he has postponed his visit till the end of this month.
The AICC are planning to expose the BJP on Rafale scam by organising press conferences across the country. As a part of this, AICC leaders Naseer Hussain will visit Nizamabad on September 3 and Mahabubnagar on September 4. Rajeev Gowda will hold the press conference at Nalgonda on August 29 while Jaya Kumar will visit Warangal on September 5. The party has asked the TPCC to ensure maximum publicity through these press conferences.
