Ooty: M.V. Narayanamurthi, a yoga trainer in the hills here is aged 74. A former hotel professional in Bengaluru, he said that he was offering free service to teach yoga in the hills here. positive energy in the planet. Learners may find it difficult to cope with time adjustments, chill weather and to learn the challenging postures, may be in the initial stages. But over time, everything will become easy and they will realize how yoga keeps one healthy, happy and peaceful," he pointed out.
"When older people come to learn yoga I study their health to ascertain their physical ailments. Accordingly I plan the yoga schedule for them. By meditating, one can open the third eye to communicate with the cosmic world. This takes effort and time. So mastering the art of yoga will make one master one's mind and exercise self-control that will help one live a simple life," he explained.
