Adilabad: The Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) working president and MLA K.T. Rama Rao in readying for the Lok Sabha elections will personally coordinate with the party cadre and leaders.
Mr Rama Rao will begin touring the districts in Telangana from March 1. On March 8, Mr Rama Rao will attend a party meeting in Adilabad in the afternoon.
Party MLAs, ministers, sitting MPs and MLCs, corporation chairman, ZPTC, MPTC, sarpanches, party mandal presidents, village presidents and Rythu coordination samiti coordinators will all attend the meet.
Congress leaders are also trying to win the Adilabad MP seat. They are leaving no stone unturned to ensure the seat is won by them. It is expected that the party high command may announce candidates by March 10.
The Congress have already begun organising meetings in the run up to the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. One such meet was held in Adilabad recently.
