Fan Fight Club reopens after shutting

The group takes the same name, the recruitment' is on and already it has over 540 members with dubious profiles on board.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The pervert cult Fan Fight Club (FFC) on Facebook is right back in another avatar after being archived following a Deccan Chronicle expose on its base, outlandish activities. The group takes the same name, the ‘recruitment’ is on and already it has over 540 members with dubious profiles on board. The archived group, managed by Kozhikode-based Aswanth Kok, who is popular in social media circles as a poet and academician and is reportedly a schoolteacher, has a post on his wall explaining the reason behind the decision to take down the group.

“We have closed down due to legal issues. Those manipulators who fabricated fake memes by using FFC™ logo and made it viral can have orgasm now. Only the FB group can be closed. The emotion, called FFC™, will last forever (sic),” it reads. Before archiving the group, the post abusing Madhu (screenshot attached) was also deleted from FFC. The group was archived minutes after someone posted the screenshot of the DC report on Saturday. Once FFC was off radar, Aswanth’s wall was loaded with requests to re-launch the group.

Trolls and abuses under the posts condemning the FFC and exhorting to report it have, however, toned down, though the group members announce their support to what they call an ‘entertainment group’ and declare that they would be back in no time with a stronger following. A typical responses against the group says:“If the person who runs a group with racist and vulgar content is a schoolteacher, he has no right to continue in that post with such a sick mentality,” said a reader, who doesn’t want to be named.
