Guntur: YSR Congress MLA from Badvel of Kadapa district, T. Jayaramulu on Wednesday switched his loyalties over to the ruling Telugu Desam. Mr Jayaramulu reached the CM’s residence at Seethanagaram and joined the TD in the presence of TD chief N. Chandrababu Naidu.
Mr Naidu welcomed Mr Jayaramulu into the party by offering the party’s yellow khandwa. The MLA said that he had joined the TD attracted by the development programmes and schemes and ruled out any other reason.
