Hyderabad: Nizamabad Urban TRS legislator Ganesh Bigala on Saturday demanded that the Centre extern writer Prof. Kancha Ilaiah from the country for his inflammatory writings against some communities, especially the Arya Vysyas.
He was speaking after releasing a publication, Arya Vysyas are Servants of Society to counter Prof. Ilaiah’s Vysyas are Social Smugglers.
Mr Bigala said Prof. Ilaiah was “as dangerous as a dreaded terrorist, who wishes to be an agent for foreign countries by creating trouble among various communities through his writings.”
“He is a traitor and he must be punished. He is fit to be admitted in the Erragadda mental asylum,” he said.
I demand that the Centre and the Prime Minister take serious action against him,” he said.
In a related development, Sri Pitham, a Hindu religious organisation headed by Swami Paripoornananda, has faulted Prof. Ilaiah’s statement that he was prepared to campaign for conversions from the Hindu society if he was funded by the United States. The seer said Hindu communities were not uniting against Prof. Ilaiah.
