Hyderabad: A 32-year-old person who was admitted in Omni hospital, Kukatpally on Wednesday evening died suspiciously in the hospital. The Kukatpally police have identified the victim as Madhava Reddy Srinivas Reddy, 32 year old private employee.
According to the police the victim was admitted in the Omni Hospital for stomach ache on Wednesday evening but died in the late night hours.
Narayana Reddy, brother-in-law of the deceased, said, "At 6 pm, he told that there was severe pain in stomach and backache and immediately his mother and wife brought him to the Omni Hospital. The hospital management admitted him in the emergency ward and treated him for two hours till 8:30 pm in the ward.
Suddenly, the staff took him to ICU saying that his condition was severe. At around the victim's mother insisted to see her son so the staff allowed her to see the victim at 10:30 pm. A friend was asked to stay at the waiting hall in the hospital. Nagababu said, “At around 1:30 am suddenly some hospital staff rushed to me and told that the victim's condition was very serious and he almost died and asked me to inform his relatives.
