Kerala CM remembers MK Damodaran, thanks support
Thiruvananthapuram: Chief minister paid rich tributes to late M. K. Damodaran recollecting his valiant fight till the end to bring out the truth in SNC Lavalin case.
At the very outset of his press conference held here, Pinarayi paid his homage to Damodaran. “Though it is a happy moment, there is pain and sorrow because advocate Damodaran is not midst us today. He had fought the battle for proving the truth with total self dedication. With brotherly love, he fought for justice in the case. Without remembering him, we cannot refer to anything about this case on this occasion,” he said.
Damodaran died at a private hospital in Kochi last week after prolonged illness.
The chief minister also thanked all those who fought for justice and to bring out the truth, especially during the crucial phases. I sincerely thank my party and comrades for standing behind me through the fight,” he said.
