Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to hike the salaries of GHMC sanitary workers.
The CM had hiked the salaries of sanitary workers earlier and had promised it will be hiked again. The CM held a review at Pragathi Bhavan here on Tuesday, and decided to increase the salary of sanitary workers by Rs 1,500 a month. At the time of TS formation their salary was only Rs 8,500. The CM hiked it to Rs 12,500 and now it will be Rs 14,000.
