Hyderabad: Rule specifies built-up area allowed at the site

The developers to form BT/ CC roads in case such roads are not in existence in the areas where residential projects are to be developed.

Hyderabad: State government has notified amendments to the existing building rules to allow swimming pools on terraces and ventilation rooms and also mandating the developers to form BT/ CC roads in case such roads are not in existence in the areas where residential projects are to be developed.

The new rule says this is, “As long as the built-up area proposed after con-cession does not exceed the sum of built-up area allowed on the total site without road widening and built up area equivalent to area surrendered for road widening, irrespective of the height and type and shape of the building before and after road widening.”
