Hyderabad: Fire erupted at a godown of a chemical manufacturing firm at an industrial area in Gaganpahad on Saturday afternoon. Three fire tenders rushed to the spot and extinguished the fire before it spread to other buildings. Police is yet to confirm the reason for the fire.
Tension gripped the locals when high tension wires passing above the chemical godown snapped due to the heat. However, no one was injured.Power supply was interrupted temporarily in the locality after the electric cables were damaged in the fire. Cops stared investigation.
