Vellore: Tamil film directors Ameer, Jaganathan, Palaniyappan, Rohan, Muralidharan and David Periyar along with a few more persons met Perarivalan at the Central Prison on Tuesday, sources at the prison said.
The galaxy of directors who arrived at the Central Prison around 12.30 pm spent around 30 minutes with Perarivalan, who is undergoing life imprisonment for his involvement in former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s assassination case, prison sources said.
Details regarding the meeting were not made known to the public, jail sources said adding that a similar meeting of film directors with Perarivalan took place three months ago.
