Akbaruddin Owaisi comes face-to-face with attacker

Hyderabad: MIM MLA and floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi appeared before a local court on Tuesday to record his statement before the magistrate in connection with the attack on him. For the first time after the attack, Mr Owaisi and the accused Mohammed Pahelwan came face-to-face on Tuesday.

Sources said that during the appearance, Mr Owaisi was asked about the alleged conspiracy, to which he said that he knew Pahelwan and his companions. He filed a complaint based on the information on the threats to him. The court adjourned the hearing to Thursday.
