Nizamabad: Caretaker Chief Minister and TRS founder president K.Chandrasekhar Rao has warned that electricity supply will be adversely affected if the Congress comes to power. Telangana is the only state in the country supplying uninterrupted power, he said.
“We have been supplying 24x7 power with hourly monitoring and great commitment” he said.
Speaking at the meeting, Chandrasekhar Rao said that people, employees and intellectuals should not confuse over the vicious campaign by Kutami leaders. He said that struggle for Telangana’s self respect is a continuous one and the bright future for the new state is assured if support continues for TRS.
The TRS supremo assured that they will take decision on changing retirement age from 58 to 60 or 61 years. Better fitment will be given to the employees, he said.
“2BHK housing scheme will be extended to the land owners,” he said.
“'2,016 hike in pensions and unemployment allowance for youths will be provided.” KCR said bidi pensions will be extended to those who enrol in Provident Fund till 2018.
