Telangana High Court turns down Musaddilal’s petition again
Justice A. Rajasheker Reddy refused to intervene in the investigation carried out by the ED against group MD Kailash Chand and his 2 sons Nitin Gupta.
Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Wednesday dismissed the pleas of the owners of Musaddilal Jewels and Gems, to quash the summons issued by the Enforcement Directorate.
Justice A. Rajasheker Reddy refused to intervene in the investigation carried out by the ED against group MD Kailash Chand Gupta and his two sons Nitin Gupta and Nikhil Gupta, the directors of Musaddilal Gems and Musaddilal Jewels respectively.
The court dismissed the petition filed by them seeking to quash the summons issued by ED on May 3 directing them to appear before them in related to the case lodged against them under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
