Tirupati: Sub-collector orders to remove encroachments
The authorities have given two-days of time to the encroachers to relieve the land, which they occupied.

Tirupati: Tirupati sub-collector Dr. Mahesh Kumar passed orders to the department concerned to remove encroachments on the banks of Swarnamukhi River at Survey No. 360 Avilala and Survey No. 458 at Tiruchanoor areas, near Tirupati.
The sub-collector, along with Rural Tahsildar Dasthagiraiah, inspected the encroached lands on Swarnamukhi River at the adjacent villages of Thanapalli and Tiruchanoor on Monday.
Reacting to the survey reports given by the revenue authorities, who mentioned that nearly 11 sheds and few houses were constructed here, the sub-collector has given directions to the Tahsildar to immediately serve notices to the individuals, encroached the banks of Swarnamukhi River passing at these adjacent villages.
The authorities have given two-days of time to the encroachers to relieve the land, which they occupied. Meanwhile, it was said that under the Survey No. 458 and No. 360 at Tiruchanoor and Avilala, there was 149.25 and 178 acres of waste land, respectively.
