Hyderabad: The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT-H) has introduces another program masters in development studies which will adopt an inter-disciplinary approach to study development. The course is all set to start from the upcoming academic year.
The course is being offered by the liberal arts department and the applications for the same will be available on the Institute website between May 4 to June 4.
The course also opens up several career paths such as development practice in grassroots organisations, employment in national and international non-governmental organisations, donor agencies and corporate sector (corporate social responsibility). It will also help those students who are interested in pursuing a career in Civil Services or the academia.
