Hyderabad: Muffakham Jah satisfied with Macca Masjid work
Muffakham expressed satisfaction over the renovation of the royal necropolis where bodies of many members of the Asaf Jahi dynasty have been buried.
Hyderabad: The last Nizam’s grandson Muffakham Jah visited the Macca Masjid on Monday and inspected the ongoing renovation works ahead of Ramzan.
He expressed satisfaction over the renovation of the royal necropolis where bodies of many members of the Asaf Jahi dynasty have been buried.
He offered fateha (prayers) at the graves of his father Azam Jah and great-grandfather and the sixth Nizam, Mahboob Ali Khan.
He also visited the Shahi Madarsa-e-Huffaz and inspected the renovation work there.
He was received by Macca Masjid superintendent Abdul Quadeer Siddiqui and vice-president of the Macca Masjid society Dr Iqbal Jaweed.
