Hyderabad: Two teachers were caught while taking pictures of SSC question paper on WhatsApp at an examination centre in Jagtial district of Telangana. The teachers were trying to help the students by preparing few answers in the staff room.
The sub-inspector on rounds at the examination centre caught the teachers red-handed soon after they learnt that the teachers were trying to help the students.
Six teachers were immediately suspended by the District Education Officers (DEO) and a criminal case was filed against the teachers after questioning by the authorities concerned .
Three invigilators were relieved from their duties in Gadwal-2 and Janagaon-1 and two chief superintendents in Suryapet district from examination centres for negligence in their duties.
