Mumbai: The lawyer for Zabiuddin Ansari, alias Abu Jundal, accused in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks case, on Monday informed the sessions court that he wanted to cross-examine Pakistani-American terrorist David Coleman Headley.
The defence informed the court it would take four days to complete the cross-examination, who has turned approver in this case and provided information on the role of the Pakistan Army, ISI and terrorist groups. While Headley has not spoken about Jundal, the defence has, however, sought some time to study documents related to the case .
Meanwhile, Mumbai court directed the prosecutor in 26/11 case to check with US authorities their availability for a second round of depositon of David Headley.
