Hyderabad: The municipal administration department in confused by a series of orders as it embarks on framing unified service rules. The rules will facilitate the transfer of GHMC staff outside the city, following amendments to the municipal Act.
The department had prepared guidelines according to the three-tier system, but the general administration department has them back and asked for guidelines according to the proposed two-tier system.
