VIJAYAWADA: The National Investigation Agency arrested Duddu Prabhakar, state president of the Kula Nirmulana Porata Samiti and Sirisha, wife of Moist top gun (late) RK, at Ajit Singh Nagar here on Friday.

According to reports, Prabhakar is suspected to have connections with Maoists and is arranging funds for the banned Maoist party.

The police did not allow anyone into the house, took the two leaders into custody and shifted them to Chhattisgarh.
