Hyderabad: For the next three days, districts in Telangana state have been warned about both a heatwave and strong winds by the IMD in Hyderabad.
Until May 24, heatwave conditions are very likely to prevail at isolated places in districts of Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Khammam of Telangana. But a thunderstorm accompanied by a squall is also very likely to occur at isolated places in Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Medak, Nalgonda etc.
There was a marked rise in maximum readings at many places all over Telangana. But at the same time they were appreciably below normal at one or two locations. The highest temperature of 45 °C was recorded at Adilabad and Ramagundam.
