Traffic curbs for CPM public meet on 22-April-2018, Sunday

No heavy vehicles will be allowed on LB Nagar to Dilsukhnagar stretch and vice versa from 8 am to 10 pm.

Hyderabad: In view of the 22nd congress being organised by CPM on Sunday at Saroornagar Indoor Stadium, Rachakonda traffic police imposed traffic restrictions and diversions in the area around it. However emergency vehicles will be allowed to pass, an official release said.

No heavy vehicles will be allowed on LB Nagar to Dilsukhnagar stretch and vice versa from 8 am to 10 pm. They will have to take the ORR and other alternative routes. People reaching the meeting venue in vehicles from Adilabad, Nirmal, Karimnagar Narsapur and Gajwel won't be allowed to enter the city via Secunderabad, but take the ORR at Kandlakoya, Shamirpet and Gundlapochampally junctions, travel towards Peddamberpet ORR junction or Bongloor Junction and reach upto Autonagar lorry stand/aviation academy Gurramguda, HMDA layout Nagole, Exhibition grounds in LB Nagar, vegetable market in Kothapet, respectively to park vehicles.

Vehicles coming from Shadnagar, Sangareddy, Chevella and Shadashivpet must take ORR at Patancheru, APPA, Shamshabad junctions and travel towards Bongloor ORR junction and reach Aviation academy Gurramguda. Vehicles will be allowed to park at Mandamallama function hall to Alekhya Towers at Sagar Ring Road in a single lane.

Vehicles from Ibrahimpatnam will be stopped at Aviation academy Gurramguda on Nagarjuna Sagar Road, vehicles coming via Vijayawada will be stopped at Auto Nagar, and those coming from Ghatkesar will be stopped at HMDA layout Nagole.

Other vehicles coming from districts are requested to take ORR and opt for ORR entry points or other traffic-free points for exit.

The traffic police requested commuters to avoid the route from LB Nagar junction to Dilsukhnagar and vice versa while entering the city.<The general public travelling via LB Nagar Ring Road towards Dilsukhnagar and vice versa are requested to travel towards Uppal crossroad or Sagar Ring Road to reach their destination either through Ramanthapur road or Santoshnagar road (via Karmanghat).

Parking locations for visitors: Coming from Warangal side- HMDA layout beside Nagole Metro Station.

Coming from Vijayawada side - Auto Nagar lorry stand / either side of the road in single lane.
