Hyderabad: The NIA Special Court at Nampally granted permission to Macca Masjid blast case accused Swamy Aseemanand to travel to Haryana to appear before a court.
In March, he was granted a bail in the case on the condition that he would not leave Hyderabad. However, since he was supposed to attend a trial in another case in the Panchkula court in Haryana, he field a petition before the court seeking permission for travelling to Haryana.
Accepting his petition, the court granted him permission to appear for the trial in Haryana.
