Kakinada: A total of 2,90,780 voters have been enrolled for East and West Godavari Graduates Constituency of AP Legislative Council. As per the final publication, 82,579 claims were accepted out of 98,028 received after draft publication published on January 10, 2019.
On the final roll, 1,70,913 voters are in East Godavari and 1,19,867 voters are from West Godavari District.
District Collector Karthikeya Misra said that a voter helpline app has been developed by the Election Commission of India to provide a single point service and information delivery to voters across the country
He said that the electoral search, one can verify vote in the electoral roll, location and route to polling station in Google map and submission of Form 6, 6A, 7, 8 and 8A, register complaints related to electoral services could be done through the app. This app will be made available in IoS mobile phones and also in Telugu language in a week’s time, he said.
