New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday said it will move Delhi High Court against the Patiala House Court verdict in 2G spectrum allocation scam case.
Earlier on Thursday, the CBI had said that after examination of the judgement it was found that the evidence adduced to substantiate charges by the prosecution has not been appreciated in its proper perspective by the court.
The agency further stated that it will take necessary legal remedies regarding the 2G spectrum judgement.
The Patiala House Court in New Delhi on Thursday acquitted all the 19 accused, including former telecom minister A Raja, DMK MP Kanimozhi, in the Enforcement Directorate's money laundering case relating to the 2G scam.

Pronouncing the verdict on Thursday, the court said that the prosecution had failed miserably to prove any of its charges.
