Hyderabad: The Congress high command has decided to postpone its Bharath Bachao programme that was scheduled to be held in New Delhi on November 30.
AICC general secretary and in-charge of party organization, K.C. Venugopal informed the decision in a communication sent to Telangana Pradesh Congress committee (TPCC) on Wednesday.
It has now been decided to hold the programme in the national capital on December 14.
Originally, the TPCC had decided to send 1,200 workers drawn from all districts of Telangana state. From each constituency, 10 workers will attend the event.
