Hyderabad: Deepika Padukone, embroiled in the controversy surrounding her soon-to-be-released film Padmavati, and cricketer M.S. Dhoni, have officially confirmed that they will not be present at the three-day Global Entrepreneurship Summit scheduled to be held in Hyderabad later this month.
Since Ms Padukone has been threatened with violence by all kinds of outfits for playing a role they consider controversial, her decision not to attend is understandable.
