Chief Minister, Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the event and present the award.
The Kerala Abhibhashaka Sahithya Vedi (KASaV) and lawyer friends of Dr. D. Babu Paul IAS in High Court are jointly organising an event to present the KASaV award to Dr D. Babu Paul (posthumously) for Allround Excellence. The late Chief Secretary’s contributions towards the society as a civil servant will be ommemorated at the event, which will take place at the Bharath Hotel Roof Garden on 25th August from 4.30 pm.

Justice Cyriac Joseph will give the presidential address. Former Editorial Director of Manorama, Thomas Jacob will render the rememberance speech.
