Waiting for clarity from Centre on funds: Chandrababu Naidu

Vijayawada: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said that he was waiting for the Centre to clarify on the funds released on Thursday. Briefing the media on the decisions taken by the AP Cabinet here on Saturday, he said that the Centre should clarify whether it would grant the Special Category Status or special package. “The funds released recently were a fraction of the revenue deficit,” the Chief Minister said. Mr Naidu said that the AP government was ready to submit expenditure details to the Centre.
