Hyderabad: The fresh law graduates of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, who are yet to enrol as advocates in state bar councils, can assist the Hyderabad High Court judges as law clerks for one year. The guidelines framed by the High Court on the matter were accepted by the governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
