3 killed in road accidents across Hyderabad

The police registered cases of death caused due to negligence in the three incidents for the probe.

Hyderabad: An engineering girl student, a Swiggy delivery boy, and an autorickshaw driver were killed in separate road accidents.

At around 2.30 am on Thursday, M. Parushramulu, 31, an autorickshaw driver from Kukatpally along with his friend N. Ravi, were going on their scooter towards KPHB Metro station, to get the former’s bike.

When they reached the metro station, a car (TS09EF5100) rammed into the scooter from the rear. As a result, the duo fell at a distance and suffered injuries.

The passersby rushed them to the Remedy Hospital, where Parushramulu succumbed.

In another incident at Shadnagar, a 20-year-old student of Vardhaman Engineering College, Simran, died on the spot after a lorry (MH25T6147) ran over her.

She had left home to buy some books at a stationery store.

The third incident took place at Hi-tech city flyover on Thursday evening, Anand Kumar, 28, a delivery boy working with Swiggy was travelling towards Gachibowli side on his bike when a car (AP11AA5382) rammed into his bike.
