Tirupati: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam is gearing up for another important festival, Hanuman Jayanthi, which will be observed in Tirumala. The fete was slated to be observed on May 29 at the sub-shrines of Lord Hanuman, under TTD fold.
TTD celebrates the festival in a big way by observing special abhishekam to Bedi Anjaneya Swamy located opposite Tirumala temple and also to the statue of Prasanna Anjaneya Swamy located in the 7th mile on first ghat road.
TTD has also arranged special transportation facility for devotees, who wish to attend the fete on May 29 from 11 am to 6 pm.
Hanuman Jayanthi is also observed in a big way at Japali Theertham and at Abhaya Anjaneya Swamy temples located on the outskirts of Tirumala hill town.
