BJP dismantles pluralism, alleges VS Achuthanandan
ALAPPUZHA: Veteran CPI (M) leader and Administrative Reforms Commission chair V.S. Achuthanandan on Sunday accused the BJP of trying to "dismantle pluralism" of the country. Addressing an election rally in Chengannur, he said the ruling party was making a mockery of people's verdict “They are trying to control all Constitutional institutions. The Karnataka outcome proves if the secular parties act in unison the BJP card castle would crumble,” he said.
"BJP in Kerala is holding its head high because they rule the country. Modi government controlled by Sangh Parivar is trying to bring back Chaturvarnya." Turning to the Congress, he said the party that ruled the country has ended up in just three states. "They fell into this situation because of what they had done in the past. There is no point in blaming LDF for it," he mocked.
