Bengaluru: After Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) dismissed her application questioning State government’s action of transferring her from the Hassan DC post, IAS officer Rohini Sindhuri Dasari has now approached High Court challenging both the CAT and State Government orders. The officer has filed the petition seeking to quash the State Government order transferring her from the post of Hassan Deputy Commissioner to Commissioner of Department of Employment and Training in Bengaluru.
Meanwhile, D Randeep, another IAS officer who has been transferred to the post of Hassan Deputy Commissioner , has filed the caveat, praying the court to hear him before passing any order in the matter.
