MLAs, bureaucrats to visit T Harish Rao's village today

It said the village had became a model for constructing rainwater harvesting pits and nurturing two lakh saplings.

Hyderabad: Scores of MLAs, MLCs and bureaucrats from different states are to visit Ibrahimpur on Thursday, the adopted village of senior TRS leader T. Harish Rao.
According to a press release, 60 MLAs and MLCs and 25 IAS officers will visit Ibrahimpur in Siddipet district. The village attracted nationwide attention after Mr Rao adopted it.
It said the village had became a model for constructing rainwater harvesting pits and nurturing two lakh saplings.
The MLAs and others will visit the village to study activities there, and adopt them in their home areas.
